Welcome to R&G Global Logistics LLC d.b.a. R&G Junk Removal (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and website (www.randgjunkremoval.com).

By booking services with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

R&G Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, debris removal, and related services in Triangle, Virginia and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the volume of items, labor required, accessibility, and disposal fees.

  • Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if the scope of work changes.

  • Pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

We accept approved forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed methods.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Additional collection efforts

  • Late fees where permitted by law

  • Legal action if necessary

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By hiring us, you agree that:

  • You have the legal right to dispose of all items being removed.

  • Hazardous materials will not be included unless previously disclosed and approved.

  • The work area is safe and accessible.

We do NOT accept:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Chemicals

  • Flammable liquids

  • Biohazard materials

  • Any materials prohibited by Virginia law

Undisclosed hazardous materials may result in refusal of service and additional fees.

6. Property Damage & Liability

We take reasonable care while performing services. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  • We are not liable for minor cosmetic damage that may occur during removal in tight or restricted spaces.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Customers must notify us of any concerns before we leave the job site.

7. Access to Property

You grant us permission to enter the property at the scheduled service time.

If access is restricted, unsafe, or denied upon arrival, a service fee may apply.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality

  • Submit false or misleading information

We may modify or discontinue the website at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Virginia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
